MediaTek Dimensity 9500: Flagship Performance Goes All Big Core
The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 features a third-generation All Big Core CPU design, led by a 4.21GHz ultra core, three premium cores, and four performance cores. Graphics duties are handled by a 12-core Mali G1-Ultra GPU, while support for 4-channel UFS 4.1 and the new Imagiq 1190 ISP pushes storage speeds and camera processing to new levels.
MediaTek says the chip delivers major gains in on-device AI, console-grade gaming, and power efficiency—key pillars of modern flagship smartphones.

The Dimensity flagship lineup now spans the 9500, 9400+, 9400, 9400e, and 9300+, covering a wide range of premium and high-performance devices.
