MediaTek Dimensity 9500: Flagship Performance Goes All Big Core

The MediaTek Dimensity 9500 features a third-generation All Big Core CPU design, led by a 4.21GHz ultra core, three premium cores, and four performance cores. Graphics duties are handled by a 12-core Mali G1-Ultra GPU, while support for 4-channel UFS 4.1 and the new Imagiq 1190 ISP pushes storage speeds and camera processing to new levels.

MediaTek says the chip delivers major gains in on-device AI, console-grade gaming, and power efficiency—key pillars of modern flagship smartphones.

MediaTek highlighted flagship devices based on its Dimensity portfolio, including:

• OPPO Find X9 series
• vivo X300 series
• Premium smartphones powered by the Dimensity 8000 series

The Dimensity flagship lineup now spans the 9500, 9400+, 9400, 9400e, and 9300+, covering a wide range of premium and high-performance devices.

An expert panel at the event focused on how advanced chipsets are driving next-generation photography and imaging. Analysts pointed out that flagship smartphones are no longer judged by specs alone, but by sustained real-world performance—from AI features and gaming to camera consistency and efficiency.

Infinix has come up with new Android phone. This time it is an AndroidOne phone targeted at people looking for cost effective devices.

It is called Infinix Note 5.

It has a 5.99 inch full view display with 18:9 ratio and 1080 x 2160 pixel resolution. It has 13 and 16 megapixel cameras. The 16 mp selfie camera has AI built-in as claimed by the company.

It boasts of a huge 4500mAh battery capable of proving juice for 3 days. It has octa core CPU running at 2GHz. The phone weighs 175 gms with a size of 158.25 x 75.25 x 8.65mm.

The phone has 3 GB RAM and comes in two storage variants of 32 and 64GB.

With a starting price of ₹9,999 and pure Android, will this phone going to be a strong competitor to other low budget phones like Xioami?

Recently they launched color changing laptop backpacks with USB ports for charging.

On the first look they look like normal laptop backpacks. In the front side of the laptop backpack, there a triangular piece which looks like normal piece on any bag. But this piece changes its colour once exposed to sunlight or temperature.

Actually this piece is made up of temperature sensitive material. This changes the colour even if someone puts his or her hand over it for a small period, say about one minute.

When it changes the colour, the words Acrtic Fox are displayed.

The Ather 450 is designed for city riding conditions, it comes with a top speed of 80 km/hr, a range of 75 km and one of the quickest accelerations of 3.9 seconds from 0-40 km/hr in the scooter category. The Ather 450 has a 7” touchscreen dashboard that allows onboard navigation with options of alternative routes and saved locations. It comes with the Ather app that enables push navigation from the phone to the vehicle dashboard, remote monitoring of the vehicle health and charge monitoring. Finally, with the over-the-air (OTA) updates functionality, the vehicle is capable of improving over time with continuous updates and addition of new features and functionalities. Ather 340 has a top speed of 70 km/hr, a range of 60 km and can accelerate from 0-40 km/hr in 5.1 sec. There is a companion app for the scooters which is available in the app/play store.

These can be used to charge not only the Ather scooters, but also any other electric vehicle as long as they have the cables from the Electric Vehicle Charger Installation. At present there are 17 such points in Bengaluru which will be expanded to have 40 soon. These points will be available at malls, cafes, restaurants, tech parks, multiplexes and gyms.
